🌟 Part 1: Welcome & Introductions

👋 We’ll begin with a relaxed introduction circle where everyone can share a little about themselves and what brought them along.

🎨✨ Part 2: Mantras & Art Workshop

The first half of the event will be a guided creative workshop inspired by my work supporting young people to develop positive mindsets, confidence, authenticity, and purpose.

🌱 Together we’ll explore:

💭 What a personal mantra is

✨ How meaningful words and affirmations can shape our mindset

🌟 Choosing a mantra that reflects your values, aspirations, or authentic self

💬 Sharing the meaning behind your chosen mantra (optional)

🎨 You’ll then create your own mantra poster using art materials provided.

This workshop is inspired by a placard I created during a creative youth work session, which I’ll share during the event.

💛 This isn’t about creating the “perfect” piece of art it’s about reflection, self-expression, creativity, and connection.

🎶🌳 Part 3: Music, Picnic & Games

After the workshop, we’ll enjoy some music, continue socialising over a picnic, and have some wholesome outdoor fun. And you’re welcome to stay past 17:30pm… I will be hanging around til 19:00pm.
