USA - BUYING & INVESTING IN RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY - FOR BEGINNERS

Welcome everyone! Interested in learning about investing in real estate in the USA? We are getting together every month at the WeWork, 威海路696号 Weihai Road 696, (Room 1B) location for an informal gathering of friends, colleagues and strangers to share knowledge about buying residential real estate in the USA.

We will cover a basic introduction to real estate terms, market selection criteria, review real case study analysis sheets and look at various deal types for investing in single and multi-family residential properties in the USA. We will also outline the key challenges and concerns for non-US citizens to overcome in investing and owning their first US property.
