Pykestone Hill, Middle Hill from Drumelzier-Circular-Medium/Hardish 10Ms. Biggar

Details
Due to the weather now coming on Saturday, I feel it would be a little dangerous on the tops in pouring rain so will reschedule for another Saturday when things look better.
Many thanks

WALK INFO - as weather looking good this Saturday for a day out walking...
This walk will be taken at a social and nice pace with reasonable fitness. The walk climbs two Donalds arranged around the Drumelzier Burn, Pykestone Hill with both then having flat summits at the tops with impressive outline as well fine views at 696 meters - 2283feet for our lunch break.
There is off road parking available on B712 as you come into Drumelzier (please be advised parking is limited so suggest to park near and walk to meet point off the AB712) or on village lane but may be met by a resident who will be out huffing and puffing if you block the wee lane to parking area for 6/8 cars, so it would be appreciated if people consider their parking and car share as much as possible. I do not arrange lifts so post on messages to offer/arrange with other walkers with £ petrol contribution.
We will meet for a 10:30am. A prompt start and finish around 4pm.

Terrain: Good track for the ascent, then narrow paths following fenceposts to Middle Hill. Finally fainter hill paths over Drumelzier Law and on the descent. The cols between the hills are boggy but the rest of the going is good so decent walking boots a must.

As a group walk we will walk as such and adjust speed accordingly but you will need to be an experienced walker up and down hills so reasonable fitness required. This is also not a race but at a nice pace with a social aspect to it. If you constantly want to walk at a fast pace or a slow walker then this walk is not for you.
As always, please ensure you change your RSVP if you can't make a walk, not showing up without giving notification is not considered acceptable etiquette. If you have a history of non-attendance or cancelling at the last minute, don't bother putting yourself down for this walk.
I reserve the right to remove people back onto a waitlist if they have a history of 'no shows or late cancellations' whilst at same time adding people from a waitlist who have a good attendance record.
For delay/cancellation issues on the day, you can email me via meet up or PM me but for any pre-event queries please message me via MeetUp as well.
If lifts are arranged you should inform each other of time and location of pick-up point. Pop offer of lifts on messages as this will alleviate parking due to numbers allowed as I do not organise lifts to and front walk meet point.
