Meet Point -
For ease, lets all meet across from Waverley Train Station, and meet at the front of the Apple Store bus stop (opposite the huge The Balmoral Hotel) on Princes Street between 10.30 and 10.40am. You'll see a group of us. At 10.40am, I will be leaving 'promptly' to then walk along Princes St and catch the 44 bus to Balerno High School to then start the walk on bus drop off at around 11.25am. Bus fare £2.20 OW.
Walkers are advised we will be walking at a nice social pace of around 3kph (not fast but not slow) and well behaved Dog's welcome for this walk.
We will then have a lunch/toilet break at the Water of Leith Visitor Centre then continue the walk along the Water of Leith. With the weather being so nice, I then plan to then visit the Raeburn Beer Garden for optional refreshment on finishing walk at a Stockbridge.

+1's need to be members to rsvp so they also understand walk requirements.
Please remember, I do this voluntarily and in my time to see you enjoy this lovely walk and meet new folk, so please only rsvp if you plan to attend as numbers limited. Those cancelling 24hrs before walk will now be shown as a No Show and removed from the group if so x 2 so please make sure you can attend than waste my time and blocking walkers who can and want to attend.
Looking forward to a sunny day out walking as there will be some great opportunities for some great photos along route as well with all the new flowers and greenery.
