Join us for a rejuvenating early summer walk, picnic and connect on the Wirral.
This is approx 5 miles circular trail and takes an average of 2h to complete. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. (Well-behaved!) dogs are welcome.
This isn’t just a walk – it’s a chance to connect with other amazing women who get it. Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed with ADHD or you’ve been navigating life with it for years, this meetup is all about fostering connections, sharing experiences, and feeling truly seen and understood.
Please bring a picnic/ sandwich to have lunch on route.
What to Expect:
- A friendly and inclusive space to connect with other ADHDers.
- A beautiful country walk – perfect for stretching your legs and clearing your mind.
- Relaxed conversations about life, challenges, and our ADHD superpowers.
Practical Details:
- Timing: 11am - 1.30pm
- Starting Point: Banks Road Car Park - Situated at the end of Banks Road, near Sheldrakes Restaurant.
- Distance: Approx. 5.5 miles (circular route).
- What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water, picnic lunch and any personal essentials.
