Hooray ! Let us celebrate the Summer season with a fun BBQ Picnic!
We are thrilled to celebrate the mid-year milestone of launching The Adventure Alley meetup group and also August month babies birthday! All are welcome to join us for a fun-filled day of hiking, delicious BBQ, and exciting activities.

**Change of BBQ Picnic Location**
My apologies for the inconvenience, but due to the high cost of park rental, we need to change our picnic location. We will now be gathering at Richard's Memorial Park at the lakeshore of Mississauga.
There is free parking available; however, please note that space is somewhat limited. If needed, you can always park on the street and walk over.

Capacity of group - 25 only.
This is a fundraising event with a fee of $20 per person - e-transfer to theadventurealley@gmail.com - Payment NO LATER THAN 08/08

• Guest Policy:
  Each member may bring no more than 2 guests.
• Fundraising Contribution:
  Guests or non-members are welcome to join; however, a fundraising contribution will be required from each guest. This contribution helps support our ongoing initiatives.
• Notification:
  Members must inform the organizer ahead of time if they plan to bring any guests.
• Attendance:
  We will be taking attendance at the event.

There will be food, non-alcoholic beverages, games and prizes awaiting for you. Please state if you have any special diet or allergy.

Participants are welcome to join a morning walk, soak or sunbath at the public beach, SUP paddling, chill under the sun, or join in other activities. Don't forget to bring your picnic blanket or camping chair! The BBQ picnic will be held pass the kids playground to the east side. Look for the GREEN flag/balloons indicator for our meeting point.
