Agile Roundabout is our community for product thinkers, delivery leaders and transformation specialists – a space for honest lessons, shared experiments and conversations that reflect the real complexity of scaling teams.

This edition explores how organisations are making the shift from output-driven delivery to product-led, value stream-aligned ways of working – with real-world stories of what’s working, what’s hard, and how to make it stick.

Heads up!
We’ve hosted over 100 Roundabouts events, and one thing we’ve consistently seen is a high drop-out rate — it’s totally normal. Because of that, we slightly oversubscribe to make sure the room feels full and buzzing. That said, the space holds 100 people max, so in the very unlikely event that everyone actually shows up (which has never happened before), there’s a small chance we might not be able to let everyone in. Appreciate your understanding!
