A Surreal Sunday: meet Magritte

Hello Antwerp Connectors,

Are you ready to step into a different universe? Even only for an afternoon?

Well, meet Magritte! His art is a doorway, challenging our reality and turning the ordinary into the extraordinary. His dream-like, witty, and mysterious paintings are the perfect playground for a curious group like ours.

Here is the plan:

Part 1: The Surreal (14:15)
We will meet at 14:15 at the main entrance of the KMSKA (Royal Museum of Fine Arts) to visit the major exhibition, "Magritte: La Ligne de vie" (The Line of Life).

As we wander through the gallery, I have a small, fun invitation for you:
The 6-Word Challenge: We choose one painting that captures our attention. As you look at it, try to create your own six-word story (like the classic: "For sale: baby shoes. Never worn.") or even just a simple two-line poem.

Don't worry, there's no pressure to be a poet! It’s just a way to connect with the art and spark our own creativity.

Part 2: The Drink (approx. 16:00 - ...)
After our tour, time to grab a drink (either in the KSMKA bar or a cozy café nearby).
