Intuitive Painting

Let's play with beautiful, luscious liquid tempera paints on good quality paper. Create from intuition. How do I do that? Just follow your impulses in what colour to choose, notice which colours draw your attention, feel out which brush to pick up or what marks to make on the paper. Allow yourself to let go and be free in your mark making. Play with richly coloured liquid tempera paints! Enjoy creating textures with a variety of tools.

I'll show you how to paint using a more intuitive approach and how to use the various tools. This is followed by plenty of time for you to experiment. No prior experience required, just an open mind and a desire to explore.

All art materials, aprons and initial ideas are supplied, as well as a variety of green and herbal teas! You are welcome to bring any other snacks or drinks that you may prefer. A modest fee of $25 covers the cost of all art materials. You can pay through PayPal, by e-transfer or in cash. Let me know if you have any issues with registering or paying on line.
