A Fresh Start Over Tea :)

Dear Creative Buffs,

This is a special meetup meant specially for those who are involved in any fields of Theatre or Filmmaking !!!

I invite you to join us over Tea in order to,
a) Meet new people from your field - networking
b) Exchange new project ideas
c) Support or be part of an idea if you would like
d) Collaborate on projects in the future
e) Join the core team to explore new roles of expansion for yourself (if you are interested to learn & grow)

I am a Graduate of the National School of Drama, currently pursuing my Ph.D in performing arts - theatre. I have been exploring both the mediums of Theatre and Films, and am in love with both. I intend to build a team of creative people who would be interested in creating certain good quality entertainment for people. So, if you have any experience into either filmmaking or theatre, we would be glad to have you with us.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Freshers who have absolutely no experience in either of the fields, kindly give it a miss this time. We shall soon be organizing an event solely for You along with some basic workshops to choose from which might help you through.

2. People (with experience) who wish to join, need to inform 48hrs prior to the meetup date, that is no later than 3rd Feb'17 by 10:45am. Any requests later than that shall be considered for the next meetup. Members can confirm their participation by dropping a Whatsapp msg with their Name, Field of Action & Past Experience on the following number 9718249490 (Swati). Kindly just drop a msg, do not call on this number.

3. Members who would show an interest in joining the meetup shall by default be added to a temporary Whatsapp group untill the 5th feb meetup. Once the meetup is over they can choose to remain or leave the group.

a) Creative Writers with new concepts
b) Designers
c) Light Designers who wish to be part of some challenging quality work
d) Costume/make up designers interested in building their experience
e) Assistant directors & directors who wish to build their portfolios with impressive work
f) Actors/Actresses

g) Cameraperson/ Cinematographers
h) Editors / Animators
i) Choreographers and Dancers who would like to be part of story performances
j) Financiers - People who would be interested into investing something creative & fun
k) Web developers - Who would like to work on a collaborative basis on our basic websites for entertainment
l) Marketing & Sales - That Special person who has the ability to connect us with the right audience or the right lead for any film or theatre project (and in the process have the best time of his/her life enjoying being the part of all the creative process, fun and madness of their own creative team!)
m) Any person with an experience of Backstage or any kind of Production Duties. We welcome you to begin your new journey to creative satisfaction, fame & glory !

Request : Please be on TIME.

As a token of participation there shall be a small fee of INR 150/- charged from everyone present. You are free to exchange contact and promote yourself and your work. Each member shall have two-three minutes to introduce themselves and share the kind of work they have done in the past. You can carry your Visiting cards for exchanging. Tea & snacks shall be provided by the organizers at the venue.

The meetup shall proceed as follows:
10:45am - Reporting Time
11:00am - Individual Introduction Begins
11:45am - Exchange of New prospects & Creative Ideas over a cup of Tea
12:30pm - Concluding Note + Announcement of the next meetup with further course of action + Exchange of Visiting Cards
12:45pm - Meeting Ends* with new possibilities for everyone's future :)
