Welcome to The Quants House, a hacker house dedicated to automated and quantitative trading.
This group aims to gather individuals who share common passion, interests and expertise in the areas of IT, trading, automated trading, algorithms, financial markets and risk management.
On this group we are seeking to help well aware participants find their own way to their goals :
- Improve their already existing skills in IT developement and quantitative trading
- Expends their knowledge of financial markets and profitable strategies
- Go through many aspects of the opportunities around these technologies : market opportunities, international markets coverage, existing market players, legal framework comparison
To achieve this we will
- Go through various aspects during online or live events : profitability, risk management, trading strategies, IT implementation, third party chose, tech choices, market opportunities, business developments, legal framework.
- Practice is knowledge. Participants preferably come and share an real projects, with developments already made, or at least concrete and well studied ideas. Goal is to go through best practices and concrete examples rather than theoretical talks to goes nowhere.
