Mindfulness, Support & Sharing Workshop for Men

Join us for a mindfulness, sharing and support workshop for men. This workshop will take place in Albir, Alicante in a beautiful retreat centre. We will gather with tea and coffee in the morning with some meditation and mindfulness, followed by sharing and support. This is a unique opportunity to share you with men and get supported as a man in today's world. A light lunch will be provided.
