Our guest speaker for the evening will be Lindsay Hopkins from Trafalgar Square Financial Planning Consultants.

After completing a six year tour of duty as an officer with The First Royal Tank Regiment Lindsay decided that it was the financial world he wanted to conquer next. He worked for various financial service companies before becoming a partner in St James’s Place Partnership, a wealth management company in the City of London in 2000. Not content with working for someone else Lindsay decided to break out on his own and in 2002 set up Trafalgar Square FPC, an IFA regulated independent financial advice company focussing on the UK residential & investment property market, producing solution orientated advice to all investors. The company was consistently doubling its profits until 2008 when the credit crunch hit but Lindsay pulled all his entrepreneurial skills out of the bag and has managed not only to keep going but also to branch out and set up an overseas mortgage company, Trafalgar Square Overseas Ltd; as well as a bridging company, Secure the Bridge Ltd, to back up his broker team.

In 2004 Lindsay was invited to become a key speaker for Whitney UK – now called Legacy Elite Alliance, an international training academy for property investors, where he has gone from a 1 hour guest appearance to writing & co-hosting his own 3 day seminars on a regular basis. Still not content Lindsay along with fellow Legacy Mentors & Speakers began to build a property, business & personal coaching programme, the Millionaire Action Plan or MAPs for short which the directors personally designed to be an ongoing educational support system for entrepreneurs like themselves.

Lindsay has just turned 60. He has been the co-presenter with Mark Dalton of the Legacy Creative finance course since 2004. They have now delivered 110 courses and taught thousands of people. Lindsay has also worked with and coached in excess of 500 individuals and couples since 2009 to make financial freedom a reality not a dream.

Lindsay has spoken many times here on a variety of topics from goal setting to angel hunting. His latest set of talks is based upon what underpins everything ...OUR HABITS. He will be going through a series of daily / weekly / and quarterly success habits that he has seen work for people in property and business. A bubbly, bouncy and positive ride as usual knowing Lindsay! You will take away at least 1/10 of his success habits and want to give it a go. A promise of energetic, amusing, and informative talk.

Rachel, Lucy and I are looking forward to catching up with everyone again and welcoming Lindsay back for a fourth tour of duty.
