This is a gentle community wellness group for anyone craving a softer, more grounded way to connect with themselves and others.

The Blanket Method is a trauma-informed approach to movement, breath, and rest—designed to help you feel more at home in your body without pressure, performance, or expectations.

You don’t need yoga experience, flexibility, or a certain level of fitness to belong here. Our gatherings prioritize accessibility, nervous system regulation, and community connection.

Most events are outdoors and beginner-friendly, with a focus on presence over perfection and rest as a valid practice.

If traditional wellness spaces have ever felt intimidating or overwhelming, this space was created with you in mind.
