This is a free, come-as-you-are community yoga and nervous-system reset held outdoors by the water at Mission Bay.

This practice is part of The Blanket Method—a gentle, grounding approach to movement, breath, and rest designed to help you feel more at home in your body and more regulated heading into the day.

You don’t need yoga experience, flexibility, or special equipment. If you can breathe, you belong here.

You’re welcome to rest at any point or simply lie down the entire time.

What to expect:

  • Slow, accessible movement
  • Breathwork that actually calms your nervous system
  • Plenty of rest and options to pause
  • A welcoming, non-performative environment

Bring:

  • A yoga mat or blanket
  • Layers (mornings can be cool)
  • Water
  • Anything that helps you feel comfortable

Location & parking:
We meet on a grassy area by the water at Mission Bay with ample free parking nearby. Exact meeting spot details will be posted in the event the day before.

Timing:
We’ll begin promptly at 8:00am and wrap up around 8:50–9:00am so you can ease into the rest of your day.

This offering is free and open to the community. Just show up.
