Come as you are!

The Blanket Method is meant to be a self-soothing offering, and a space that we create for ourselves: to connect and ground into our bodies. So that when life revs up its challenges, we're rooted and ready for anything.

What does this mean? We simply show up... and practice withholding judgement over ourselves, how we spend our time, how we show up, and rooting into the ever-present now-ness. We will practice allowing and being with ourselves, mind & body unified.

1 hour in the morning for (more) Joyful Groundedness
We will meet Thursday mornings: 8am-9am
BYOB - Bring Your Own Blanket (that you're okay with being on potentially damp grass)
Option to bring a journal, water, tea/coffee

What to expect:
-Sign in sheet.
-A calm space with music, gentle movement, space to be still, a short guided meditation, reflective journaling questions, and option to share what is alive for us now.
-Thought to consider: Life can be a warm hug.
-How much does the perspective that we hold dictate the experience of our life?
-Learn from one another.
-Genuinely (openly) connect with those who show up.

Note: I am NOT a trained mental health professional. I do not pretend like I know what is best for you; I simply offer space to connect and get to know the self on a deeper level. I believe that when we continue to get to know ourselves, it becomes "easier" to love what we discover... that we are simply humans - being. How cool, right? And when we are in community with other seekers of deeper self-love, we get to see that everyone is just on their own journey and there is no "right" way to be. You just be you. I'll just be me.

We're all doing the best we can, so cut yourself some slack. It's only life, after all.

Hope to see you on Thursday mornings!

Peace and love, friends.
