Bangalore Open Distributed Labs

Open Labs is a concept started by The Blockchain University - Silicon Valley in 2016. Over the past 2 years we have organized over 100 Open Labs at our campuses in US.

We are excited to now bring this amazingly successful concept to our awesome Bangalore community!

WHAT IS OPEN LABS?
Imagine StackOverflow - in the real world.

1. You walk in with your Laptop and work with other community members to work on interesting projects, hacks, competitions and anything else you can imagine.

2. If you are absolutely new to the blockchain development space, open labs is the perfect place for you to get help in setting up your local dev environment, getting access to the right resources and solving all your bugs.

3. Are you an entrepreneur with an idea looking for tech co-founders to build an MVP? Open Labs is a community of the brightest tech minds in the blockchain space open to quickly hack a new idea to life.

4. The Blockchain U team is available at all our Open Labs to introduce and support you in learning our open source codebase and to build on top of it.

WHO IS IT FOR?

1. Open Labs are primarily for anyone who codes. It doesn't matter whether you code on the blockchain yet, as long as you understand how to express logic in code, you are set to learn here.

2. We also invite entrepreneurs with interesting ideas and corporate partners with challenging projects or bounties to be announced.
