We usually sit on the ground in the park, so we recommend you to bring a blanket, pillow or something comfortable to sit on (we usually have enough blankets).
Also feel free to bring some snacks for a mini-PicNic 🍎 🍐 🍊
📍Location: We will meet at Parc de la Ciutadella, near "Jarron de Los Niños". Please check the Meetup location (pin) on Google Maps and try to locate the sculpture of "Marian Aguailo" in that location.

📚** Hablamos de crecimiento personal**📚 ¨En The Book Club nos apasiona hablar de todos los temas tabú que suelen ser dejados de lado en la mesa de la cena o en la noche de fiesta con los amigos¨
❤️ Nos dedicamos a crear un espacio seguro para mantener conversaciones profundas, respetuosas y cariñosas.❤️
• Trae un libro que haya impactado tu vida y tus creencias.
• Incluso si no tienes un libro contigo, eres bienvenido a venir y unirte a nosotros para aprender y compartir tus ideas.
• ¡Todos los que tengan intenciones positivas son bienvenidos!
• Los debates suelen ser en inglés
Normalmente nos sentamos en el suelo del parque, por lo que te recomendamos que traigas una manta, una almohada o algo cómodo para sentarte (solemos tener suficientes mantas).

We usually sit on the ground in the park, so we recommend you to bring a blanket, pillow or something comfortable to sit on and now that it is a bit colder also something to keep you warm.
Also, feel free to bring a mini snacks for yourself (or if you want to share, like nuts or fruit)

How to recognize us: you will see a white and green blanket with at least one book on it and at least another blanket.

IMPORTANT: ️️️As the weather has been a bit rainy in the last months, please notice the following️️️:
- During the winter months and when the weather seems rainy, I’ll be keeping the group size smaller. This way, if it rains, we can comfortably move to a café together.
- If the weather is fantastic, you’re very welcome to join us even if the participant limit has already been reached (as long as you arrive on time because once the event starts I won't look at my phone to be fully present at the event). However, if it rains, I will take the registered participants to a café nearby (in case it rains before the event starts and you are a registered participants write to me on whatsapp so that I can send you the exact location). Those who came but didn’t sign up are still very welcome to organize themselves, choose another café, and enjoy their own book discussions together.
- If you realize you can’t make it, I kindly ask you to cancel your participation at least 1 hour before the event. This really helps me offer the spot to someone else and avoids me traveling for nothing, as I don’t live nearby. Thank you so much for your understanding
- In case we go to a café, I ask everyone to please order at least one drink. I don’t have any agreements with cafés—we simply want to be respectful guests, avoid any issues, and keep the option open to return to places we enjoy in the future.Make sure to also follow us on Instagram for Past events photos:
