Draw your thoughts, paint your mood.

As part of our book club, we are happy to invite to a special free event in which you will decorate your journal, notebook, or a piece of drawing paper with colours, textures, and simple drawings that reflect your thoughts and feelings. The session introduces playful techniques and prompts to help you explore creative expression beyond words.

This isn’t about making perfect art. It’s about reconnecting with your creative instincts, observing the world around you, and enjoying the process of making marks on paper.
No experience needed. All materials provided. All feelings welcome.

We’ll bring plenty of drawing and coloring supplies. Feel free to bring your own favorite materials too.

Please bring your journal and something to sit on — a towel, blanket, or mat.
Session lasts around 1:30h plus a bit of time to get to know each other.

FAQs:

*What notebook should I bring?*
Any notebook (A5 or larger works great). You can also bring your favorite pens or materials if you’d like. I’ll have paper, paints, markers, and pencils for everyone to use.

*Do I need to know how to draw?*
Not at all. This is about expression, not perfection. No artistic experience needed — just curiosity.

*Can I bring a friend?*
Yes, please do! The more, the merrier. Just make sure you put plus 1 or they register, to have an idea of how many people are coming.

• 18:00 - Gathering and Getting to know each other
• 18:15 - Starting of the session
• 19:15 to 19:40 - End of Drawing + Debrief
• 19:40 to 20:00 - Some more talking + Hugs and/or Good-byes

We usually sit on the ground in the park, so we recommend you to bring a blanket, pillow or something comfortable to sit on (we usually have enough blankets but we never know how many people show up, especially for drawing, we suggest you bring your own towel or mat).

Also, feel free to bring a mini snacks for yourself (or if you want to share, like nuts or fruit) 🍎 🍐 🍊

Please check the Meetup location (pin) on Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/yFWgHyc7WSPFnTNo8 in Parc de l´Estaciò del Norte (NOT Ciutadela park this time). The exact location, as always, will be sent in our whatsapp group on the same day (as we cannot reserve a tree :-) but the park is not big and we will for sure be visible.
How to recognize us: you will see some blankets and some drawing material on the blanket.
