Mood, Trauma, and Personality Disorders: AMS Online Support

This group is for English speaking individuals in the Amsterdam (EU) area diagnosed with mood, trauma, and personality disorders. We will meet mostly online and sometimes in person.

Every other week we will meet to discuss an aspect of living with a neurological condition that we don't always get to share and discuss.

This is a safe space to come, share, grieve, rejoice, and support each other.

Hi, I'm Andrea. I'm 35 years old and live with bipoloar, borderline, histrionic, cptsd, and an auto-immune disorder. I have been in therapy for 20 years and have gone through a scheme-therapy. I work in leadership and communication coaching and my goal is that mood, trauma, and personality disorders becomes recognized under the neuro-diversity / DEI umbrella.
