Welcome to The BSS Club (Black Socialite Sorority)- a new-generation Private Members’ Club & social platform for Black women.

Inspired by the vibrant sisterhood, and legacy of US sorority culture; The BSS exists to bring meaningful connections, intentional growth, and real joy to the UK community. Our founder has always wanted to see a high-calibre platform for Black women to enjoy ‘once in a lifetime’ experiences, build shared memories, gain social and professional benefits, and lasting support for ourselves and future generations.

At our core, we’re an ‘all-in-one’ safe space to uplift and centre Black women of African and Caribbean descent from all walks of life.

Every one of our hosted events falls under one of our 6 Pledges ✍🏾 (Health, Professional, Social, Charity, Rest, Arts & Culture), ensuring each experience contributes to your goals & growth. Some of our hosted meetups in the past included; live orchestra shows, museum tours, festivals, embroidery workshops, group dinners & drinks etc.

📍 Location:
Most events take place in or near London. Members may join from anywhere, but should keep this in mind.

✨ How to join:
Click 'Request to join' via our Meetup page and complete a short set of entry questions to ensure alignment with our values. Once approved, you’ll enjoy a 1-month free trial, giving you access to events and our private Meetup space. Trial members may bring one guest to events– a perk exclusive to the trial period. After your trial, you will be sent a private link to access your full member’s perks on our official website- www.thebssclub.com
We intentionally keep membership numbers limited to protect the quality, intimacy, and experience of the Club. Once full, applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
