Welcome!
Stories of Her (a stream of The C.H.A.N.G.E. Project) is hosting an in-person workshop (for women) titled: Changing & Developing Habits. The workshop is for women aged 19+.
To determine if this workshop is for you, see the following questions:
- Have you found it challenging to initiate and sustain new habits?
- Are you prepared to take concrete steps to enhance your overall wellness?
- Would you like to gain practical tools to transformation various aspects of your life?
- Do you encounter difficulties in achieving your goals despite your sincere intentions?
Workshop Overview:
Stories of Her (SOH) is series of workshops, curated by The C.H.A.N.G.E. Project (TCP), to bring women together to work on self-awareness, self-improvement, and personal development goals. We cultivate intentional spaces and learning opportunities for growth, healing, and elevation. SOH helps support mental wellness, self-empowerment, and change! Sign up to learn more!
Benefits:
This workshop focuses on self-transformation by way of examining and changing habits. It takes a more in depth look at identifying the habits that may be impeding your personal development and those you've been struggling to successfully change or establish. During this workshop, we will have group discussions as well as engaging exercises.
Participants will be guided to explore scenarios and narratives related to the challenges of changing old habits (that no longer are beneficial), and the rewards of building new ones!
Co-Facilitators & Short Bios:
Elizabeth Marie (Liz) is a Licensed Psychotherapist who also is an actress, script writer, and director.
Shanay Paris (Paris) is a Certified Life Coach (and former counsellor) who is also a writer and macrame artist.
Liz and I decided to join forces, based on our passion for supporting people through periods and phases of change and transformation, and create a program that combines psychotherapy and life coaching,
Some exercises that participants can anticipate during the workshops we offer can include psychodrama, life coaching exercises, art (and more). We also offer experiential events as part of our community building initiative.
