Welcome!

Stories of Her (SOH) is hosting an online workshop (for women) titled: Transforming Intergenerational Habits on May 4, 2025 (from 2-4pm EST).

This workshop is curated for women aged 30-55 (however, women 18+ are more than welcome to join). This session is free as our offering to help promote Mental Health Week that kicks off in May.

SOH is a stream of The C.H.A.N.G.E. Project (TCP). More information about us can be found on the registration page.

Workshop Overview:
This transformative experience offers community support and experienced guidance to provide participants with practical tools to expand their capacity for emotional growth, personal change, and self-transformation.

  • Equip: Understand how habits are formed
  • Recognize: Identify behavioral patterns in yourself
  • Group Discussions: Share and compare experiences
  • Transform Habits: Learn to change unwanted habits

Paris Shanay: Certified Life Coach and Counsellor

For those who wish to RSVP, please be read the the full group description for TCP. This just helps ensure everyone is on the same page in terms of member responsibilities, fees, etc. This also helps to ensure everyone is clear on the intentions of the spaces, the visions, etc.
