To keep our circle enjoyable and respectful for everyone, we ask that members:
• Lead with kindness and respect
• RSVP thoughtfully — please only RSVP if you plan to attend
• If plans change, update your RSVP or send a quick message (ideally 24–48 hours ahead)
• Arrive on time or send a quick message if running late
• Respect the time, effort, and intention that go into planning each event
• Help maintain a positive, drama-free environment

Repeated no-shows without communication may result in removal from events or the group. We understand that life happens; this is simply about courtesy and respect for the community.
