What we're about

Cacao carries the frequencies of love, balance & compassion, allowing a deep, loving connection with yourself, others & nature

What is a Cacao Ceremony?

Cacao ceremonies have actually been around for thousands of years, originating all the way back to Mayan and Aztec traditions in Central and South America, used for spiritual, medicinal and ceremonial purposes for inner awakening and creative guidance.

A cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect with yourself, your purpose and to open your heart. It can help to support life changes and decisions, whether you are looking to change a job or relationship, of deepen your understanding of who you are or move into a more self-confident space. Whatever your path, the intention is yours to set, and the cacao opens you to the insight and awareness to move towards that goal.

Drinking cacao will not make you hallucinate or give you some sort of ‘out-of-body’ psychedelic experience. Cacao is used to gently touch your heart and to guide you into an inner journey with yourself and mother earth.

What can you experience during a cacao ceremony?

A meditation space that helps silence the mind, connect to your inner wisdom and truth.

A heart-opening journey of deep connection and love.

A healing therapy that can release blocks, bad habits or unwanted patterns of thinking.

A shamanic or spiritual journey.

Enhanced creativity.

A deep connection and awareness of nature and mother earth.

What are the health benefits of cacao?

Raw cacao has enormous health benefits for the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.

It’s a natural and ancient plant medicine, with a high concentration of vitamins, minerals and is a powerful antioxidant.

Raw cacao is a super food, it has over 40 times the antioxidants of blueberries and it’s the highest plant-based source of iron you can find. Along with it being a natural mood elevator and anti-depressant.

Cacao also increases blood flow (oxygen and nutrients) to the brain as well as induces the release of feel-good endorphins.

You shouldn't drink ceremonial doses of Cacao if you are taking antidepressants or if you have a serious heart condition.
