What we’re about
A soulful space for globally-minded women who’ve built a life abroad — and are now seeking deeper belonging, clarity, and connection within.
Whether you’ve recently relocated or have lived between cultures for years, this is a space to explore the emotional and spiritual journey of change: the grief, the loneliness, the questioning, and the quiet longing for something more true.
Here, we hold space for one another as we reconnect with our inner compass, heal old patterns, and root into a version of success that feels authentic. Through gentle guidance, reflective prompts, and soulful conversations, you’ll find community, self-trust, and the courage to come home — to yourself.

See all- The Emotional Side of Relocation No One Prepares You ForLink visible for attendees
Most conversations about moving focus on logistics: housing, visas, jobs. But no one prepares you for what happens after the boxes are unpacked.
If you've recently relocated, or are in a season of emotional transition, and feel ungrounded, disconnected, or like you're silently grieving your old life or wondering what your future could be… this workshop is for you.
Created specifically for women, this space offers the emotional support, tools, and community we often don’t realize we need—until we’re already in the middle of the change.
Led by Tracey Zhang, a certified life coach and somatic practitioner who has lived in six cities across the world, this workshop will help you navigate the emotional aftermath of relocation—the part that doesn't get covered in checklists or immigration forms.
In this intimate, interactive session, you’ll:
- Identify the hidden emotional costs of moving: regret, grief, identity shifts, and loneliness
- Learn how to process these feelings in a healthy, embodied way
- Discover tools to ground your nervous system and reconnect with your sense of home, wherever you are
- Leave with a clearer emotional map and simple practices to feel more centered, connected, and at peace
You don’t have to go through this alone.
Come as you are, and begin to feel at home again, from the inside out.
This workshop is especially for:
- Women who are recent expats, immigrants, or digital nomads adjusting to life in a new country
- Women who moved for a “better life” but now feels uncertain, stuck, or emotionally untethered
