Most conversations about moving focus on logistics: housing, visas, jobs. But no one prepares you for what happens after the boxes are unpacked.

​If you've recently relocated, or are in a season of emotional transition, and feel ungrounded, disconnected, or like you're silently grieving your old life or wondering what your future could be… this workshop is for you.

​Led by Tracey Zhang, a certified life coach and somatic practitioner who has lived in six cities across the world, this workshop will help you navigate the emotional aftermath of relocation, the part that doesn't get covered in checklists or immigration forms.

In this intimate, interactive session, you’ll:

  • ​Identify the hidden emotional costs of moving: regret, grief, identity shifts, and loneliness
  • ​Learn how to process these feelings in a healthy, embodied way
  • ​Discover tools to ground your nervous system and reconnect with your sense of home, wherever you are
  • ​Leave with a clearer emotional map and simple practices to feel more centered, connected, and at peace


This workshop is especially for:

  • ​Recent expats, immigrants, or digital nomads adjusting to life in a new country
  • ​Anyone who moved for a “better life” but now feels uncertain, stuck, or emotionally untethered
