I AM Day is a global even, occurring September 24th, in celebration of Florence Scovel Shinn's groundbreaking message that our words and thoughts shape our lives and view of the world.

Her concepts were first published in her book "The Game of Life and How to Play It" 100 years ago.

In this session, we'll talk about Florence's ideas and reflect how reconnecting to inner strength and living with intention can lead us toward living a life more abundant and fulfilling.
