​We plan to gather the community together periodically for members to hear and learn from leaders building cutting-edge, high-growth companies that are data and AI Native.

Our kick-off guest is Alex Gallego, Founder & CEO of Redpanda - a powerful, cost-efficient, and Kafka® API compatible platform that eliminates Kafka complexity. Alex founded Redpanda in 2019 to simplify data streaming for the Enterprises. Before Redpanda, Alex was the co-founder and CTO of [Concord.io](http://concord.io/), a high-performance stream-processing engine acquired by Akamai.
