Most people already know what they should have said.
They freeze in the moment.

This is a live intro class for people who people-please, over-explain, go quiet, or give in when someone pushes. You will practice saying no and holding a boundary under controlled pressure — then decide if the full program is for you.

This is not therapy.
This is not a seminar you sit through.
This is practice.

What you get in 2 hours

  • A short overview of how the training works
  • Live drills for saying no, holding frame, and staying composed
  • Direct feedback in the room
  • A clear look at the 4-week program before you commit to more

Who this is for

  • You say yes when you mean no
  • You freeze, fawn, or over-explain when someone is pushy
  • You know the words after the moment has passed
  • You want practice, not another pep talk

Who this is not for
-Anyone looking to watch from the sidelines
-Anyone under 18
-Anyone expecting therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice
-Anyone who is actively involved in an abusive relationship of any kind

How the class works

  1. We go over the one-sheet together so you know the rules.
  2. You run structured drills. Pressure is controlled. You can stop a drill.
  3. We debrief. You leave knowing what this work actually feels like.

You will be asked to participate. That's the point.

The pressure is higher than a stranger at a gas station on purpose. If you can handle it here, the smaller real-life version gets easier.

What this is Live assertiveness training in Nashville. Structured stress tests. Practice for people who have a hard time holding a boundary when it counts.

What this is not
Not screaming for sport.
Not an “alpha” class.
Not a safe-space lecture with no edge.

It is a controlled training room. You will be uncomfortable. You will not be thrown into chaos with no structure.
