The Luscious Let Go is a blissful, nurturing, platonic, expressive space to Dance, Breath, Connect, Express, Release, be Nurtured and Let Go in a lusciously delicious and nurturing way.

Trinity will facilitate Transformational Dance exercises along with platonic nurturing Blissful Touch & Eye Gazing to support the experience of Lusciously Letting Go.

The combination of Transformational Dance with safe platonic nurturing healing touch has the power to open and nurture us in a deep and profound way.

Transformational Dance
This powerful, lightly facilitated dance experience will enable us to explore and express all parts of ourselves: the light, the silly, the playful, the loving and the dark parts of ourselves to name a few, thus enabling us to embody and integrate the wholeness of who we are. It will guide us to higher states of unity, love, connection, playfulness, and bliss.

Angel Walk/Healing Touch
We will share a beautiful, collaborative healing touch experience called an Angel Walk. The Angel Walk is a blissful, nurturing, heart opening and body melting experience that uses safe, platonic, nurturing, healing touch to support us in feeling nurtured, care for and relaxed.

Eye Gazing-
Eye gazing is a profound and beautiful nonverbal form of communication. The eyes are the “windows to the soul.” When we gaze deeply into the eyes of another person, we can see beyond their physical body and personality into their essence. The practice of eye gazing is an ancient practice found in both Hinduism and Buddhism, as well as in the Sufi tradition. It is a beautiful way to become present, connect with yourself while simultaneously connecting with someone else and seeing each other at the soul level.

About Trinity-
Founder of The Dancing Path™
Trinity is the creator of The Dancing Path™ a celebratory transformational events organization that offers playful, creative, community building events, workshops and trainings in NYC. She is passionate about bringing people together to celebrate life, express themselves fully and connect in fun and nurturing ways. One of Trinity’s main passions is to facilitate transformational dance. Her love and uninhibited passion for dance is infectious. Trinity has facilitated transformational dances at the Omega Institute, Princeton University, Jiva Mukti and many other wonderful places. In 2001 she studied Reiki and a few years later became a Reiki master. Shortly after Trinity studied at Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and got certified as a Holistic Health & Nutritional Counselor. During her studies at IIN she discovered Thai Massage and pursued training with Lotus Palm and in Thailand. She has also studied and been trained in Circus Yoga™, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Deeksha aka the Oneness Blessing & Authentic Relating.

One of Trinity’s missions, passions and purposes on this earth is to create safe spaces for people to connect in healthy, fun and nurturing ways that support them to fully express themselves and embrace and embody the wholeness of who they are. Thus helping to co-create a more peaceful, loving and celebratory world. A few of the vehicles she uses to support this mission are Transformational Dance, Authentic Relating and Healing Touch.
