Scene work - Theatre Workshop in Bundoora

Join our fledgling theatre community in Bundoora for our final weekend in this series, two days of scene work! We're going to get together for two hours on Saturday the 8th and two hours on Sunday the 9th of February, to practically follow the process of picking up a text and converting it into a mini performance.

Come as you are, start with what you have, and meet everyone where we're at. The goal of this workshop is to be creative, collaborative, and to expand both internally and externally in how we approach a text, have a play with it, and amuse ourselves with the performance of it. If you have written short scenes or texts that you'd like considered for our use this weekend, feel free to send me a message by Thursday night and we'll try to incorporate any submissions!

These workshops are currently free, thanks to support from the City of Whittlesea.

Please RSVP if you intend to attend, and please update your RSVP if you can no longer attend - this helps the facilitator organize the workshop effectively and helps the other attendees know what to expect, and just makes the overall experience so much nicer. Thank you in advance!
