The Real Estate Deal Room

We will be moving the group to an in-person meeting starting back up in March. The restaurant has a playground for kids too so feel free to bring them also. We will also open the meeting online as well to keep the meeting accessible to the out of town group.

The idea of the group is to partner and do deals together. Deal finders and funding partners/ sponsors all in the same place. We can learn together how to underwrite different types of deals, where to find deals, and bring live deals to the table to talk about them and market them together. The most successful groups that do this cost up to 10k to be in…. Why not do this same thing for free and see how big we can build it. After all we are only as strong as our network!
