Hi- My name is Chris and I'm a Denver Native. I own a fitness & adventures business called BEYOND.

Most people are quick to realize that very few people in CO are actually 'from' CO! When I talk to people (even natives), I often find that people don't necessarily always know how to get into hiking, where to go, or what to bring. This is how I came up with the idea to offer guided free hikes for the Denver community. On our hikes, I will provide education/knowledge on hiking in CO and answer any questions people might have.

I categorize the hikes on 5 different skill levels: Beginner, Beginner/Intermediate, Intermediate, Intermediate/Advanced, and Advanced.

I mix our hikes up with: Popular CO hikes, unique and lesser known hikes, above tree-line hikes, 13ers & 14ers, trail runs, night hikes/full moon hikes, and snowshoeing.

Some of the things we may experience on our hikes might be: Wildlife, rivers/streams, waterfalls, wild flowers, pine/aspen forests, montane/subalpine/alpine ecosystems, residual snow in the summer, alpine lakes, tundra, fresh air, blue skies, sunrises & sunsets, stars & more! So lets plan a hike, meet up, and go enjoy our beautiful backyard. And one more thing...don't forget your camera! See you at the trail head!
