About the Theme:
Friendship means different things to different people — and sometimes, we don’t realize that mismatch until it hurts.

In this session, we’ll explore the tender edges of connection:
– How to voice our needs with clarity and care
– How to navigate when a friendship doesn’t feel mutual
– How to process ghosting or friendships that slowly fade

This is a space for honest conversation, creative expression, and gentle healing. Together, we’ll practice what it sounds and feels like to show up truthfully—without shame, guilt, or the need to “fix” anything.

What to Expect:
- A guided heart-centered breathwork
- A playful icebreaker
- 5 interactive Authentic Relating games blending reflection, creativity, and shared vulnerability — including sound-based practices (voice & rhythm) and a powerful role-play exercise around ghosting
- Circling/ Group Sharing

What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing (we’ll be seated, lying down, and moving gently)
- A water bottle
- A small journal or notepad (optional but helpful)
- A sense of curiosity and willingness to explore

Why This Matters:
Ghosting. Unspoken endings. Growing apart.
These things are common — but rarely talked about with honesty and care.
This is your space to explore it all — the grief, the confusion, the boundaries, the unsaid goodbyes — in a setting that honors your story and your truth.
Come connect, feel, and leave more clear.
