Who Are You Really? Beyond the "What Do You Do?" Question
A 3-hour Human Connection Lab experience

Date: Thursday, August 14th
Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Doors open at 6:45 PM.
We’ll begin promptly at 7:00 PM
To respect the group and the flow of the session, we can only allow entry until 7:05 PM — after that, the doors will be closed to protect the container.
Location: Little Burgundy - Near Georges-Vanier & Lionel-Groulx stations (Exact address sent 48 hours prior to event)
Spots: Limited to 7 participants to preserve depth & intimacy

About the Theme:
We’re used to introducing ourselves by our jobs, roles, or achievements. But what happens when those roles shift — or when they don’t reflect who we truly are?

In this session, we’ll strip back the labels and get curious about identity beyond what we do. Through playful, reflective, and creative practices, we’ll explore:
- How to be seen for who we are, not just what we do
- The parts of ourselves that rarely get voiced or witnessed
- How sharing our truest selves can forge deeper, more authentic connections

This is your space to let go of titles, expectations, and the need to "perform" — and to reconnect with the essence of you.

What to Expect:
- Grounding Breathwork
- A playful icebreaker
- 4 interactive Authentic Relating games blending creativity, reflection, sound exploration, and shared vulnerability
- Circling/ Group Sharing

What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing (we’ll be seated, lying down, and moving gently)
- A water bottle
- A small journal or notepad (optional but helpful)
- A sense of curiosity and willingness to explore

Why This Matters:
Who we are is bigger than what we do.
In a world that constantly defines us by productivity, roles, and titles, this session is an invitation to pause — to see yourself, and each other, in a new light.
Leave with a clearer sense of self, a heart full of connection, and a reminder: you are more than what you do.
