Between Knowing & Doing
Why growth often looks like nothing — and feels like friction

Many of us know what growth should look like.
We’ve read the books. Had the conversations. Gained insight.
And yet — when it comes time to act, to reach out, to stay present in friendship — we stall, hesitate, or quietly disappear.
This session explores the space between knowing and doing — the place where growth becomes uncomfortable, quiet, and often invisible.
It’s also where most of us stop.
Together, we’ll explore:

  • How insight can create a false sense of progress
  • Why growth often feels boring, awkward, or discouraging before it feels rewarding
  • The subtle pain of “doing the work” and feeling like nothing is changing
  • How friendships reveal the gap between intention and practice
  • What it means to keep showing up — even when growth is silent

This is not about self-improvement or fixing yourself.
It’s about practicing honesty, presence, and connection in real time — with others.
