We are so excited to welcome poet and translator Marissa Davis for our next Dissident Salon! Marissa’s poetry collection, End of Empire, debuted last year. We can’t wait to hear her at the mic! 🎙️
We also hope you bring your own words on empire, dissidence and general reckoning with life to the open mic, which follows our guest performance every week. See you Tuesday evening!

ABOUT THE DISSIDENT SALON
The Dissident Salon is a weekly gathering for poets, writers and provocateurs, in keeping with the rich history of international literary salons in Paris and the Dissident Club’s mission as a home for dissidents worldwide. As usual, the salon features a guest performer, followed by an open mic for local writers to share their work. This season, we’ll introduce an additional generative writing workshop one Tuesday a month, as an expansion of our communal creative space.
