SO looking forward to welcoming Nafkote Tamirat, author of the acclaimed novel The Parking Lot Attendant, to read to us at next Tuesday’s salon. 🥰 Nafkote has a forthcoming book, Teret Teret, coming next March and we’re stoked to hear a sneak preview!
As always, we’d love to hear your poetry, prose and provocation at the open mic also. Join us Tuesday night at the Dissident Club.

ABOUT THE DISSIDENT SALON
The Dissident Salon is a weekly gathering for poets, writers and provocateurs, in keeping with the rich history of international literary salons in Paris and the Dissident Club’s mission as a home for dissidents worldwide. As usual, the salon features a guest performer, followed by an open mic for local writers to share their work. This season, we’ll introduce an additional generative writing workshop one Tuesday a month, as an expansion of our communal creative space.
