Anjali Meownon wowed us at the open mic at the very first fall Dissident Salon in September, and now she’s back as our featured performer! Based in Estonia, Anjali is a spoken word artist who has performed all over Europe — and next week we’ll have her in Paris! Guest hosted by the one and only Joe Pearson.
Join us for the Tuesday night Dissident Salon and bring your own words for the open mic. Who knows, you could be featured in the future.

ABOUT THE DISSIDENT SALON
The Dissident Salon is a weekly gathering for poets, writers and provocateurs, in keeping with the rich history of international literary salons in Paris and the Dissident Club’s mission as a home for dissidents worldwide. As usual, the salon features a guest performer, followed by an open mic for local writers to share their work. This season, we’ll introduce an additional generative writing workshop one Tuesday a month, as an expansion of our communal creative space.
