FoundryVTT, Discord.

The game will run weekly during the same day and time. Per our ticketing policy, payment for a seat ticket is required for participation in each weekly session on a week-to-week basis. Priority for sign-ups in future weeks will be given to those who have been continually engaged in the campaign at the discretion of the DM.

The game will be played using Discord and FoundryVTT. A computer capable of meeting the FoundryVTT minimum system requirements and a decent quality microphone is required to play.

Adventure Overview:

The future of Thylea looks grim. Monsters menace the roads, and corruption threatens the cities. The storm god Sydon demands daily sacrifices at every temple, and his sister-wife Lutheria kidnaps children for her secret rituals. The Five Gods, who once protected the settlers, are silent. And now, the Oracle has prophesied the Doom of Thylea: the death of gods, the destruction of Mytros, and the total annihilation of the mortal races. You are one of a group of warriors who have been summoned to the Heartlands in an attempt to avert this coming catastrophe. You each have reasons for answering the call, but rumors of your coming have already spread across the land.

Our team of DMs does its best to make sure you feel comfortable at the (virtual) table and learn all the rules you need without bogging down the story.

What if you've never played an RPG, what is it like?
Our games are player-driven, putting you and your character at the center of the plot. Your choices will decide the outcome: from heroic victory to an untimely end. We're here to tell a great story that makes you feel like you're in your favorite book or movie.

Who will like this game?

  1. Players brand new to tabletop roleplaying! This is a great "getting started" adventure.
  2. Players who want to explore a world, discover exciting places, and make complicated decisions.
  3. Players who are interested in developing a story, interacting with quirky, noble, and sometimes nefarious characters.
  4. Working together with other players to solve problems, and have a great time in the process!

Campaign Length:

This is an ongoing campaign that will take many sessions to complete. This campaign will most likely run between 40-60 sessions, with the option to expand if players are interested.

Event policies

Tickets:
We compensate our DMs for events and charge an event fee to cover this and organizing costs, ensuring a high-quality experience for all players. In reserving your seat you are committing to the DM and fellow players that you will attend, as preparation is based on the number of players. Accordingly, ticket sales are final, with no exceptions. Please do not "drop-in" to the event.

Open tables:
D&D is an awesome experience, and our tables are open to all players. We'll teach you everything you need to know, and everybody we play with is very welcoming to players interested in checking out the hobby. Players must be 18+. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

About the DM:
Jeremy is a long-time Dungeon Master who loves creating in-depth, immersive worlds with players of all experience levels. He has experience playing in and running a variety of in-person and online games including Shadowrun, D&D 5e, Warhammer 40k, Call of Cthulhu, Numenera, Fate, Pathfinder, Star Wars (Edge of the Empire, Age of Rebellion, and Force & Destiny), Starfinder, World of Darkness, and Victoriana.
