About us

Everyone loves to do the sexy stuff, the high visible stuff that makes headlines. But - the success of an organization depends on its ability to perform the routine, mundane stuff, with consistency, over a prolonged period of time. That is the domain of the doers - the project/program/operations/delivery managers, the planners, coordinators, facilitators, and everyone who turns ideas into execution. The unsung, silent warriors who rarely make headlines but make things happen.

This community exists to change that. Welcome to The Doers Circle. While there are countless communities for founders, developers, investors, and creators, there are surprisingly few spaces dedicated to the professionals who keep organizations running smoothly. This is a community for the people behind the scenes — who bring order to complexity.

Who Should Join?

  • Whether you're an experienced leader, an individual contributor, an entrepreneur, a researcher, a teacher, a public servant, or an aspiring project or operations manager
  • Whether you work in technology, education, healthcare, manufacturing, NGOs, consulting, or any other sector,
You'll find a welcoming community of peers who understand the joys and challenges of making things happen. This community is open to anyone whose work involves bringing people, ideas, and plans together.

You might feel at home here if you:
 Coordinate projects, operations, programs, events, or teams
 Improve processes and help organizations run more effectively
 Work in business, education, healthcare, manufacturing, government, nonprofits, consulting, research, or any other field
 Enjoy solving problems, connecting people, and turning ideas into reality
 Lead initiatives formally or informally, regardless of your title
 Are curious about how organizations function and how things get done
 Simply appreciate the craft of execution and continuous improvement

What to expect
This isn't another room full of PowerPoint presentations and business cards. Instead, expect a mix of:

  • Meaningful conversations and genuine connections
  • Informal meetups over coffee, food, or drinks
  • Stories from the trenches—successes, failures, and lessons learned
  • Knowledge-sharing and practical insights from diverse industries
  • Fireside chats with experienced leaders and practitioners
  • Discussions on leadership, AI, productivity, and the future of work
  • Peer support and advice when facing challenges at work
  • Opportunities to collaborate, mentor, and learn from one another
  • Social gatherings and the occasional just-for-fun event

Most importantly, expect a sense of community. Sometimes, the best conversations happen after the meeting is over.
