Film Synopsis:
In a conservative, rigid coastal village where people are identified strictly by their occupations or relations rather than proper names, The Fisherwoman (Olivia Colman) lives a solitary, ostracized life. Pressured by local social conventions and looking for a change, she commissions a local Basketmaker (Peter Dinklage) to weave her a husband out of wicker.
