March 2026 New Moon Esbat
Details
The Firefly House invites you to join us for a (roughly) one-hour New Moon Esbat on Tuesday, March 17, at 7:30 PM.
These esbats follow a three-month cycle. Two sessions focus on journey work, a form of guided meditation with open-ended prompts for a personal, unique experience. The third month is experimental, featuring anything from spell work and prayer workshops to open-mic poetry. These experimental sessions occur during months that contain an equinox or solstice.
And, March is one of those months! This time, we invite you to a restorative circle. These are a way to allow for our voices to be authentically heard with neither the expectation nor the desire for further elaboration or interrogation. We'll begin with a covenant of presence to guide our time together. Then, we'll be invited to respond to four questions. When everyone who wants to speak has done so, we'll close our time together with a very brief reflection.
Because these can take a little bit of extra time, we're going to get started at about 7:30 PM Eastern instead of our more typical time.
Regardless, whether you're in the Washington DC area or you'll be joining us from far, far away, we hope to see you on the 17th!
