Community Drum Circle!!!

We gather around playing percussion instruments adding bits and pieces to create something magical! We welcome all skill levels to join in on the fun!

Studies have show that hand drumming has many Benefits including: releases endorphins, improves cognitive function (uses both hemispheres of the brain) induces deep relaxation, helps control chronic pain, boosts your immune system, creates a sense of connectedness, aligns your body and mind with the natural world, provides a way to access a higher power (spirituality), releasing negative emotions, and allows for personal transformation (self expression).

There will be some extra drums if you do not own one (first come first serve)

Food and drink is allowed and many like to bring to share with the group (and it helps since the event is around dinner time)
