Join us for a unique foodie experience as we explore the vibrant flavors of Singapore right in the heart of Rotterdam! At Lion City Rotterdam, we’ll dive into a shared dining experience. We will order multiple dishes for the table and enjoy them together. Think of it as a culinary adventure: dishes arrive as they’re ready, and everyone gets to taste a bit of everything, just like in Singapore’s famous hawker centres.

What to expect:
Singaporean cuisine is a rich fusion of Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Peranakan influences—and this meetup is your chance to experience it all in one evening. Expect bold flavors, aromatic spices, and a table filled with exciting dishes to share.
Here are just a few standout delicacies we’ll likely explore:

• Katong Laksa – a rich, spicy coconut noodle soup packed with seafood
• Singaporean Chili Crab – crispy soft shell crab in a sweet, savory, and spicy sauce with fluffy mantou for dipping
• Coffee Pork – tender pork belly glazed in a uniquely Singaporean coffee sauce
• Char Kway Teow – wok-fried flat rice noodles with seafood and smoky “wok hei” flavor
• Cereal Prawns – crispy prawns coated in a fragrant, buttery cereal spice mix
