Every Saturday, 3:00–6:00 PM
Historic Willmore Building, 315 W. 3rd St., 11th Floor Solarium, Long Beach, CA 90802

When you arrive please follow the instructions on the call box and be sure to check in when you get upstairs. Space is limited in the solarium so RSVP is highly suggested if you want to ensure you can stay.

**If event reaches capacity and you do not have an RSVP, the registered attendee will hold that seat**

Tired of endless doom scrolling and notifications demanding your attention? Put your phone away and join us for fun, laid-back afternoons with The Friendship Club! We’re all about meeting new people, playing games, doing puzzles, and making real-life connections.

What to Expect:
• Plenty of Pre-Internet Activities: From classic board games and puzzles, sketching/coloring pages to reading and journaling prompts, we’ve got something for everyone. Feel free to bring your own favorite unplugged activity too! (see below for suggestions)

• Chill Vibes: No heavy discussions here—just light-hearted conversations about hobbies, favorite recipes, or local spots you love. Please try to adhere to this and be mindful of volume for those enjoying more introverted time.

• No Pressure: Not a social butterfly? No worries! Participate at your own pace and comfort level by bringing a book or journal - socializing looks different for everyone.

• Tea & Water provided: you are welcome to bring your own beverage as well. Please no alcohol - this is a safe place for everyone, including those in recovery or sober curious.

Suggested Screen-Free Activities: drawing, coloring, crosswords, word searches, crafting, cross stitching, journaling/writing.

Tickets:
• Donation-Based: Suggested donation is $6–$13, based on what you can contribute. Cash, Zelle, or Venmo accepted at time of event. Donations go directly to recovering rental fees, replenishing drink supplies, and maintaining/expanding activity library.
