## Session Structure (60 Minutes)
• 0–5 min — Welcome & check-in
• 5–25 min — Teaching: Why we keep clothes we don't wear
• 25–30 min — Wardrobe visualization exercise
• 30–50 min — 20-Minute Live Sorting Challenge
• 50–58 min — Reflection & sharing
• 58–60 min — Facebook Group Invitation & next steps

✔ 1–2 bags or boxes for donations
✔ Willingness to be honest with yourself
