Canadian firecracker Sarah Hart (from Expats in Auckland) does beginner-friendly classes in nice settings, plain language and whatever pants you feel like putting on. It's judgment-free and all are welcome regardless of ability, body shape, gender, age or outfit.
We do two types of classes, but that's just to get started!
Half-yoga, half-meditation classes at Kohimarama Yacht Club overlooking Rangitoto with the sounds of the sea. Bring a pillow and blanket for long, dreamy guided meditations that research proves helps with stress, sleep, PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain, and generally being a human.
Beach yoga! Come get your toes in the sand and let the week wash away. No awkward bending over poses in public, I promise! Bring protection from the elements, and beach towel.
