Deep Reflection Night: The Tombstone Exercise (RM35)

Details
This is your invitation to pause—to step away from the rush and reconnect with what truly matters.
Each day, you wake up and step onto a train called Life. It moves steadily towards its destination, sometimes guided by your choices, and other times by forces beyond your control.
- How often do you pause to reflect on what’s truly happening?
- What is Life asking of you, offering you, or teaching you?
- Are you yearning for a moment to stop, reflect, and make sense of the past, present and future?
Once a month, we step off the Life train together, just for one night. Reflection Night is an evening of introspection and meaningful connection. Slow down, take a breath, greet friends (both local and global), share stories in a circle, and close the night with light bites to nourish your soul.
Through shared stories, we bond—celebrating joys and victories, and lightening the burdens that weigh us down. Whatever your journey looks like, we are here to listen.
Held in a cosy home setting, this intimate space welcomes creative souls and growth-oriented individuals seeking a slower, more intentional pace of living. Here, you’ll find a sanctuary for deep thought, meaningful connections, and insightful conversations to enrich your journey through Life.
FEBRUARY'S THEME
The Tombstone Exercise 🪦 : Aligning Life with What Truly Matters
What would your tombstone say if you died today? Would it reflect the life you truly want to live?
In this one-hour reflective session, you’ll engage in The Tombstone Exercise, a powerful tool from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This guided experience invites you to confront the gap between the life you are living and the one you deeply desire. By creating an epitaph for your tombstone, you’ll discover the gap between your current path and your deepest values, helping you realign with what truly matters.
Join us for a thought-provoking space of self-inquiry, clarity, and transformation. After the session, stay for casual refreshments to connect and share insights with others.
RSVP now to explore what it means to live fully.
Note: The total number of seats are limited to 8 pax.
